Fighting Injustice Standing Together is accepting their first wave of volunteer applications. We are accepting 10 volunteers for each position below.

Chat Hotline: Remotely sign into our Listening & Support Hotline to listen, engage and provide resources and services to returning-citizens.

Patient individual with strong typing, reading and people skills preferred. 

​

Resume Writing: Provide resume writing services to returning-citizens. 

Meticulous individuals with strong writing skills, and hiring manager/HR experience preferred.

​

Job SearchProvide job searching services to returning-citizens. 

Online-search savvy individuals with strong research and organizing skills preferred. Volunteers should have experience with Monster, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Snagajob and Google job search engine.

​

Interview PrepProvide interview prep sessions for returning-citizens. 

Patient individuals with hiring manager/HR experiences and great verbal communication skills preferred.

​

Goal-SettingProvide goal-setting conversations to returning-citizens. 

Patient individuals with senior level mentoring experience preferred. Volunteer skills should include: great verbal communication, organization, planning and an ability to set up concise to-do lists and priorities.

All volunteers must complete at-home and in-person training that takes on average 8-10 hours to complete. Training overlaps between positions, and volunteers are encouraged to apply to more than one position.
